Broken Pieces

01/06/2017: Those vivid dreams you get, it's really hard to illustrate them especially when one has limited skills when it comes to doing free illustrations. This one I mocked up from a dream I had a week ago.. it felt like a nightmare, where the lines in it was just overlapping on top of one another and I felt I was getting crushed by them, and then I remember seeing 3 random colours that started off as broken pieces which evolved into 3 flowers although here I've added another 4th colour to it. The 3 main colours I remember seeing was 'yellow, purple and red' - I remember seeing that growing out of the black ink.. it was weird, since then I tried to google flowers that sort of reminded me of the dream I had and as for the background I did my best to line them by recycling old and vector shapes I've done regarding 'shapes and lines' - needed it to look like everything was getting crushed. Dreams are weird.

Tools: Penclic mouse pen for the colouring via photoshop and intuos draw pen for the vectoring via illustrator.
