Tsiao Jung

20/04/2021: First one for Tuesday, re watched 'Good Hunting' episode from 'Love Death & Robots' the other day. 

Wiki fandom: Tsiao Jung is the huli jing that Liang's father is hunting. She appears at the beginning of the episode while she is reaching a man who invokes her. As she gets closer, Liang's father attacks her with his sword. After a brief fight she tries to turn into a fox and runs away, but her transformation is blocked as Liang's father throws a jar of urine at her. Blocked in an half form, she tries to escape through the roofs of Hong Kong, but she is eventually reached by Liang's father who succeeds in cutting off her hand. Severely injured, she escapes to the place where she lives with her daughter Yan, but she is eventually reached by Liang and his father. While she was warning Yan to stay away from Liang, she is brutally beheaded in front of her daughter, who manages to escape. Liang's father, after asking if there were any other huli jings, collects Tsiao Jung's severed head as a bounty.
